Cancellation & Late Policy
All appintments must be cancelled 24 hours before your scheduled appintment of you’ll be subject to a 50% service charge. All appointments require a credit card to hold the appointment or we cannot book the appointment. If you’re more than 10 minutes late to the sheduled appointment we cannot guarantee your service
Deposit
$20 non-refundable deposit is required to schedule an appointment. The deposit goes towards the end balance upon completion of service. .
Others work
Fills on others tech work are not guaranteed.
Guest
No extra guest or children unless being serviced or you have spoken to me about it before hand
Cancellation
Minimum 24-hour cancellation notice is required. Deposit is transferable to re-schedule for future date. Should you cancel with less that 24 hours you will be forfeiting the non-refundable deposit
Tardiness
A 10-minute grace period will be allowed to scheduled appointments. After the 10 minute grace period the appointment will be cancelled, and the deposit will be forfeited.
Payment
The remainder of your service balance is preferred to be paid in CASH. Other payment options are available with a surcharge.
